Perfect Packages Parties specialize in party packages which are designed for busy individuals that need a party package ready to go but want something unique and memorable. You can either choose a party package which is already in our portfolio or ask for something bespoke. Our party packages are sold in quantities of 8 and you can choose which items you wish to purchase: banners, cupcake toppers, labels, place settings etc. If you would like something additional to your package, we are sure we will be able to provide this – just ask!

The Essential Party Package
In this package, the personalised party decoration
files are emailed to you as “printables” – so you can print them out and make
as many items as you wish. This is a great package if you have some free time
and like to get crafty. Plus you can always get your children or friends to
help you, which is some added fun!
The Traditional Party Package
In this package, all the personalised party decoration files are professionally printed on your behalf, cut, prepared and posted directly to your door. This is a great package if you don’t have free time and don’t really enjoy doing crafts, as the package is ready-to-go for the party.
The Luxury Party Package
In this package, we will come to your event venue to set-up and style a feature table in your chosen party theme, so everything coordinates with your party decoration package. We will bring all the personalised decorations with us, from the Traditional Party Package, and make your party theme come to life!
The Ultimate Party Package
In this package, we will do everything from the Luxury Party Package, but also give you 3 hours of awesome children’s party entertainment. You can be sure the party goers will be well entertained with games, crafts, dancing and prizes, and will go home with big smiles on their faces. (photo)

Party printables are files sent to you so you can print as many as you want yourself at home for a truly unique party. They’re easy to use and come with detailed instructions. Download, print instantly and cut/make them!
Note: We recommend you print on white A4 size card stock paper using a home colour printer or at your local copy shop. Bear in mind that some items may need to be assembled with double-sided tape, glue or a stapler.
Due to the nature of hand-made / hand-crafted products, every item produced may be slightly different to the last. We try our best to make each identical, but we are only human, so it’s only natural that there may be marginal differences
In order to set-up party feature tables outside of Zurich (zone 10), there will be an extra charge of CHF1/km from 8008 Zurich/and back. The same fee applies in order to collect all hired party decorations and to clear-away party feature tables.
We like to arrive at least 2 hours prior to an event, to set up all the decorations and style the feature table. We are eager to ensure that all details of your little party are set up smoothly and efficiently with enough time before your event starts. We will contact you 1-2 weeks before your event and send you a draft of the set-up timings, so you can plan accordingly.
